Makdom
Senatorska 16
Our collaboration with MAK DOM involved the creation of a comprehensive sales brochure for a new premium real estate development in Krakow. The core objective was to produce an elegant piece that would not only reflect the high standard of the development but also enhance its perceived value among potential buyers. The location — a key selling point — was given a central role in the communication strategy. The I AM agency was responsible for developing the visual concept, crafting and editing the content, curating the imagery, and designing the overall layout of the brochure. A crucial aspect of the project was the selection of production specifications—including paper stock and printing parameters chosen to underscore the prestigious nature of the material. The project required a high degree of flexibility and an iterative consultation process, ensuring that every element was refined to meet the developer’s expectations. The result is a cohesive, polished premium brochure that balances an elegant visual presentation with a clear sales-driven purpose. A well-structured content hierarchy guides the reader from the advantages of the location to the key benefits of the development, ultimately building an appealing and credible image of the project.
Euro Styl
Zajezdnia Motława
The development brochure for “Zajezdnia Motława” in Gdańsk required a balance between elegant presentation and practical utility for sales purposes. Euro Styl—a developer belonging to the Dom Development group—sought a solution that would clearly showcase the project while effectively supporting the sale of residential units. The primary challenge lay in integrating brand-focused imagery with concrete, functional information about the development and its surrounding area. The agency I AM was tasked with creating the project’s visual identity and a comprehensive suite of sales materials. We developed a logo, accompanied by an extensive brand manual; building upon this visual system, we then produced the development brochure, a vector map featuring walking-time radii, and a site development plan. Every element was designed to form a cohesive communication system, applied consistently across all customer touchpoints. The collaboration resulted in an attractive and functional sales tool, with the vector map emerging as one of the most intuitive and practical components of the entire brochure. The comprehensive brand manual ensured visual consistency and established a clear framework for future marketing initiatives. The project was well-received and will serve as a template for subsequent development brochures from Euro Styl. It thus serves as an example of how well-designed sales material acts as a genuine tool for commercialization, rather than merely an element of brand image.
Zakopane (PPI)
Zamoyskiego 31
Zamoyskiego 31, a development in the very centre of Zakopane, was a premium-segment project that called for precise positioning and skilful communication of value amid high asking prices and strong competition for buyers’ attention. A further challenge came from the restrictions of the municipal landscape resolution in force, which significantly narrowed the scope for using traditional promotional channels. The I AM agency took the project over from a previous marketing partner and was responsible for a comprehensive redesign of the communication strategy and for creating new sales tools. We developed a new website, a full set of sales materials, a strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, as well as the branding of the sales office and a system for the development’s presence on property portals. Every activity served a single goal – maximising the number of quality leads while building a prestigious image for the development. The results of these activities were visible as early as the pre-sale stage. In the first two months 9 apartments were sold, and the number of enquiries generated was high enough to require the sales team to be expanded. The project became an example of strategic marketing used effectively under advertising restrictions, and confirmation that properly designed communication can directly influence the sell-out pace of a premium development.
Poddębice (Royal Sail)
Osiedle Termalne
Osiedle Termalne was a project that required investment value to be created practically from the ground up. The key challenge was not the sale of the properties as such, but building the appeal of a location which, for many potential clients and investors, remained a far-from-obvious market. The development was planned as a hybrid project combining a residential function with investment potential, which meant running communication aimed at two distinct audiences at the same time. The I AM agency developed a comprehensive positioning strategy for the project, defining its unique competitive advantage and building a narrative around the idea of slow life, quality of life and the growing potential of spa regions. The result was a complete brand communication architecture, a system of sales arguments and a website that serves both as a lead-generation tool and as an educational hub supporting the investment decision-making process.
As a result, the development was effectively set apart from the competition, and the communication built its credibility in the eyes of both private buyers and investors. The project became an example of strategic property marketing in which communication not only supports sales but genuinely builds the value of the entire venture.
Northernland
Bringing a developer to the Polish market
The project for Northernland was one of the most demanding communication challenges the I AM agency has faced. The aim of the collaboration was to successfully introduce to the Polish market a developer operating in Northern Cyprus, together with two premium developments aimed at clients interested in property abroad. The biggest barrier was not market competition but trust. Potential investors did not have sufficient knowledge of the procedures for buying property outside the European Union, and the region itself remained unknown to many clients. This called for communication that not only sells but, above all, educates and builds a sense of investment security. The I AM agency developed a comprehensive strategy based on transparency, expert knowledge and relationship selling. An extensive communication ecosystem was created, spanning digital activity, content marketing, PR, educational materials and events dedicated to investors. Each element was designed to gradually remove clients’ concerns and guide them through the decision-making process. The result was the first sales as early as the first week of the campaign, and the successful laying of the foundations of trust in the brand on the Polish market. The project became an example of how strategic communication can open up new markets and support the sale of products that require a high level of credibility.
GGI
An investment group from Podhale
The collaboration with the GGI Investment Group was strategic in nature and involved bringing order to the communication of an extensive ecosystem of companies, brands and projects operating in parallel on the property market. The scale of the group’s activity required a coherent communication model that would effectively support both investment sales and operational activities. The I AM agency carried out an analysis of the brand architecture, defining the roles of the individual entities and their relationships to one another. On this basis a new communication and positioning system was developed, which brought order to the way the offer is presented and significantly increased its clarity for clients and business partners. The solutions implemented made it possible to run many projects in parallel without the risk of communication conflicts, shortened the purchase decision-making process and increased the effectiveness of sales activities. The project became an important element in strengthening the Group’s position as a stable and professional investment partner on the property market.
Pulso
A residential project in Dębica
The Pulso project went far beyond standard marketing activities. The collaboration began with an analysis of the development’s potential before it had even come to market, and the aim was to create a product that better met buyers’ real needs.
Based on the analyses carried out, the I AM agency recommended changes to the architectural concept which increased the usable floor area of the flats and better matched the unit mix to local demand. In parallel, the development’s brand, visual identity and communication strategy were created, along with a complete sales ecosystem comprising the website, sales materials, the sales office and the customer service process.
Thanks to this strategic approach, the project came to market as a distinctive, stand-out offer, building a competitive advantage even before sales activities proper began. It is an example of a collaboration in which marketing becomes a tool that shapes the product, rather than merely promoting it.
Bernadovo
BPI Real Estate Poland
When the collaboration began, the Bernadovo development was at a demanding point in its sales process. After more than a year and a half on the market, just 21% of the flats had been sold, and the marketing activities to date were not generating the expected number of valuable leads. The I AM agency carried out a comprehensive audit of communication and sales activities, identifying the key areas in need of change. A new digital campaign strategy focused on the local market was developed, advanced remarketing activities were implemented, and new visual and film materials were prepared that better showcased the development’s strengths.
At the same time, the way of communicating with the target group was changed, with the emphasis placed on the advantages of the location, comfort of living and the above-average floor areas of the flats. The effects of these activities were immediate – the number of leads rose from about 70 to over 200 a month, and the open days attracted more than 200 interested clients. The project became an example of a successful restructuring of the marketing of a development in need of fresh sales momentum.
Wille Powsin
Real Invest
Wille Powsin is a premium development of 22 houses in one of the most prestigious parts of Warsaw. The project was run during an exceptionally demanding period for the market, marked by interest rate rises, a fall in clients’ borrowing capacity and subdued buying activity. The I AM agency was responsible for preparing the development’s marketing strategy in full, including the creation of the brand, the visual identity, sales materials and digital activities supporting the sell-out process. The key premise was to build communication that met the expectations of the demanding premium client, for whom not only the specifications of the property matter, but also prestige, security and the quality of the buying experience. The consistently executed strategy made it possible to maintain a high sales pace despite unfavourable market conditions. What is more, during the sell-out the prices of the houses were raised three times, which confirmed the effectiveness of the chosen positioning and the ability of communication to build the value of the project.
Takt Lirników
Matexi Polska
The project for the developer Matexi Polska involved creating the strategic communication foundations for a residential development in Kraków. The collaboration began after the I AM agency won a competitive tender and covered the development’s name, the creative concept, the key visual, the website and a full set of materials supporting the sales process. A key element of the project was creating a brand firmly rooted in its local context. The name Takt Lirników was deliberately anchored in the history and identity of this part of Kraków, giving the development an authentic narrative and a point of difference with which to build an emotional bond with its audience. The resulting communication system combined aesthetic appeal with a sales function, creating a coherent story about a place that is not merely an address but part of the city’s history. The outcome of the collaboration was a strong and recognisable identity for the development, which supported its positioning in the competitive Kraków market. The project is an example of using branding and storytelling to build a development’s value even before the sales process proper begins.
Albero Invest
A strategic marketing and sales partnership
The collaboration with Albero Invest is an example of a long-term strategic partnership in which the I AM agency acts as the developer’s external marketing department. We are responsible for the comprehensive preparation, implementation and development of marketing and sales strategies for all the company’s developments, supporting the brand at every stage of its projects. The scope of the collaboration covers the full process of building a development’s value – from market analyses, communication strategy and naming, through the design of visual identities, sales materials and websites, to running marketing campaigns and providing ongoing sales support. Thanks to a consistently executed strategy, it has been possible to create a coherent image for the developer and to position successive developments effectively on the domestic and international markets. The model of collaboration developed by the I AM agency and Albero Invest goes far beyond standard marketing activities. It is a process encompassing product development, the building of competitive advantages and the long-term strengthening of brand value. The effectiveness of this approach is confirmed both by the sales results of the developments delivered and by prestigious industry awards. The Lipova Living and Rumiana House III projects were awarded the titles of best development in the world and in Europe respectively, confirming the quality of the projects delivered and the effectiveness of the chosen communication strategy.
